Now you can enjoy immediate access to your accounts at your convenience with Cypress West's Q400. Use it to transfer funds within your account, make loan payments, inquire about your account balances, see if a check has cleared, or receive current interest rate information. The Q400 has all the information on your account from the conversion date of Jan. 1, 1995.

All you need is the Q400 phone number: (800) 430-3448, your account number and social security number to access your account. Now you can start using this free service right away.

Welcome Menu

  • Dial: (800) 430-3448
  • You will hear: Hello! Welcome to your Q400.
  • Press (buttons):

    For office hours

    To make loan calculations
    To apply for a loan
    To access your account

If you would like to skip the instructions message, press any key on your touch tone phone.

Select from the welcome menu (do not press the key)

Enter your six digit account number followed by the key.

Enter your social security number (or PIN) followed by the "#" key. Q400 will give you the primary menu of the options shown below.

Press:

For balance information

For money transactions (transfers and withdrawals)

For account history (share drafts cleared, etc.

To use other services
To end the call

Within each primary menu option, there is a submenu of options. Don't worry, Q400 will guide you through each step.

For share balances

For loan balances

For certificate balances

To list dividends earned

To list interest paid

For IRA deposits

To return to the main menu

Important Things To Remember

Always press the pound "#" button after you enter your account number and after you enter an amount of money. (Example: $45 is entered as )

Indicate a decimal point by pressing the star button.

If you know the option you wish to access, you can select it at any time. You do not need to wait for Q400 to list all options.

Press key at any time to return to the main menu.
