If you are using Windows 95/98/ME you can select the proper settings in "HyperTerminal" or you may use the "Dialup Network" connection for easy access.

To find HyperTerminal simply go to your Start button and click on Programs. From there go to Access, Communications, and then HyperTerminal.

Double click on HyperTerminal, choose a name then hit the return button.

From Connect, enter phone number 650-742-9693, click OK, click Dial.

Your cursor will then appear in the upper left hand corner of the screen, hit return.

From there enter your six (6) digit account number, hit return.

Enter your SS # , hit enter.

Congratulations, you're now ready to review your account information.
